User Submissions & Terms
As an applicant to the Holographic Book Project,(THBP) you are required to send in an "Initial Application" and “Proposal" to be considered as one of the six contributing artists. Both the initial applications and proposals are collectively referred to as "User Submissions."
A. The Hologram Project is not responsible for returning User Submissions to applicants.
B. The participant will not submit material that is encumbered or under copyright restriction by third parties.
C. Copyright of material submitted remains the property of the artist; however the Photon League maintains the right to use imagery to promote the project, exhibitions and sale of books.
D. Each of the participants will receive a copy of the Holographic Book. All proceeds from the subsequent sale of books will go directly to the Photon League to offset production cost and to permit ongoing research & development in digital holography.
E. The Photon League reserves the right to exhibit the Holographic Book in perpetuity and in exchange for rental fees.
